WHO WE ARE

A specialist consultancy firm, established in 2022,  dedicated to the fields of facility management (FM) and project management with a strong focus on operational excellence and technical integration. The company was founded on over 25 years of combined experience in industrial machine maintenance, troubleshooting, remote support technologies, and the optimization of processes and workflows in manufacturing environments.


Over the past decade, or founder have expanded its expertise into the residential high-rise sector, managing a range of refurbishment and modernization projects, while embedding facility management principles into daily operational structures. Rottal Facility Management's strength lies in turning strategic facilities management concepts into practical, result-focused solutions—specifically tailored for the complex needs of high-density residential properties.

MISSION

We integrate facility management at an operational, tactical and strategic level according to the principle of a recurring PDCA cycle and systematically incorporate the requirements of owners, users and other stakeholders into our planning and implementation processes. Through targeted communication and clear responsibilities, we ensure a smooth flow of information between all parties involved - from our clients' management to the service providers carrying out the work - and thus create the basis for effective, transparent and targeted facility management services.
